Your email app will open. There’s no form or account to create.

Privacy questions and requests go to the same address. The publisher responsible for Mortal Years is Pollos Labs.

Help us find the right page

For a bug report, include your phone model, Android version, game version and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot can help. Share a save file only if you’re comfortable with its contents being read.

Please don’t send passwords or payment card details. For a purchase problem, describe what Google Play shows and whether you’re using the same Google account that made the purchase.

A few common questions

How do I back up my life?

Open Settings in the game and export your save. Keep that file somewhere you can find it again. Import it from Settings when you want to restore it. Export before uninstalling, clearing app data, or changing installation type.

I paid to remove ads. How do I restore that?

Install the game through Google Play using the account that made the purchase, connect to the internet, then choose Restore purchase in the game’s Settings. Pending payments do not unlock ad removal until Google Play confirms completion. Contact us if a completed purchase still isn’t recognised.

Can you recover a lost save?

Your story is stored on your device. We don’t have a cloud copy to recover. If you exported a backup, you can import it in Settings. Clearing the app’s data or uninstalling can remove local progress.

How do I delete my data or change ad choices?

Clear the app’s storage in Android Settings to remove local data, and separately delete any exported files. Advertising privacy in the game’s Settings lets you revisit consent choices when available. For information you sent by email, contact us. Our privacy policy explains more.

Can I play without paying or being online?

All gameplay is free and works offline. The optional one-time purchase removes banner ads; it does not unlock game features. An internet connection is needed for purchasing or restoring ad removal and for online advertising services.
